Product Documents program
Amazon just introduced a new program, which enables brand owners to upload documents such as manuals and guides into Product Detail Pages.
These will be available to anyone visiting the pages, without having to purchase the products.
Amazon claims that this will reduce customer complaints and returns, however the feature may be also used by counterfeiters to learn more about the specifics of the product, without having to go through the inconvenience of purchasing it.
