New Listing Status types on Amazon

As you know, whenever Amazon blocks one of your listings, you will see the reason in a form of “Listing Status” on the left. While in the past, there were only a few status types, now you can see a lot of them.

Let’s review the known listing statuses and explain what they mean.

Active – Your listing is available for sale on Amazon.

Blocked unless FBA – Your listing has been blocked due to the Holiday Selling Requirements and in order to have it reactivated, it will be necessary to create a new listing.

Suppressed – Your listing has been hidden from Amazon’s publicly searchable catalogue and you will need to make some edits to have it reinstated.

Inactive – This means that your listing has been blocked – either due to a complaint (customer product condition complaint / Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaint or Suspected Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaint), NCX rate.

Inactive – Potential High / Low Pricing Error – Your listing was deactivated because your price is a bit lower or higher than the average selling price and this violates Amazon’s Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.

Detail Page Removed – This is the new listing status type, which I wanted to show you. It is present on listings which were removed due to Suspected Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints.
