Amazon has been discontinuing the use of many e-mail addresses

Over the past year, Amazon made significant efforts aimed to direct most appeals to specifically intended widgets located within the Amazon Seller Central. While previously, sellers were used to e-mailing seller-performance@amazon.com, notice-dispute@amazon.com or seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk, now the majority of such contact attempts are unsuccessful and sellers are directed to appeal or provide additional information directly through the Amazon Seller Central. However, there are still enforcements which require e-mail correspondence, especially in case when the seller is unable to access the Seller Central.

My recommendation is that you always aim to appeal or provide requested information directly through the Amazon Seller Central.

Most account deactivations, Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints, Customer Product Condition Complaints, policy violations, compliance documentation requests or Plan of Action requests can be addressed through the Account Health Dashboard, where you can also request a callback from the Account Health Team.

Seller Identity Verification can be addressed through the Account Info section of your account.

Here you can view a performance notification from a seller, who used incorrect path for contacting Amazon:

For this reason, we launched a new Facebook group, Crypto Arbitrage Income (Bitcoin, Crypto, Altcoins, Blockchain, Trading) – feel free to join us and forget about the troubles of selling on Amazon for a moment!
