Amazon is now displaying messages regarding buyers who left the platform

Recently, Amazon started displaying a new wording in Buyer-seller communications, which is informing sellers that the customer can no longer be reached by messaging.

The wording can indicate that the buyer’s account has been closed by Amazon or placed on a hold, because Amazon typically sends messages stating that the affected individual left/abandoned the platform following this happening.
