Watch out, Amazon is now removing listings if you cancel orders!

Recently, Amazon secretly began automatically removing ASINs from third party seller’s FBM inventory, which are subject to Pre-fulfillment Cancellations.

Some Amazon Sellers reported having this happen to them following just 1-2 customer orders being cancelled by them.

There have been no reports of any negative impact on Seller Account metrics, defects or suspensions resulting from this happening.

Affected merchants were able to quickly reactivate their listings.

The text of the notice states:

Dear Seller,

We have removed the listings at the bottomof this message.

Why did this happen?

We noticed that there have been seller-cancelled orders for the SINs listed below. As seller-cancelled orders can negatively impact the customer’s shopping experience, we have removed your listings for these ASINs in accordance with Section 17 of Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement.

How do I reactivate my listing?

You can reactivate your listings for these ASINs by updating the inventory price of each ASIN from the Manage Your Inventory page in Seller Central. To find out more about reactivating these ASINs, please Visit the Cancellation rate help page (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G200285210).
