Unable to Verify Identity documents

Amazon Seller Performance 0 replies 105 views
I guess I didn't research well enough prior to applying for my business Amazon seller account. Just after submitting my application, I found that I may be rejected just because my DL and my address did not match. I sent am email and this is the response, "I understand your concern is in regard to your registration. I have checked and found that documents which you submitted were rejected. We reject documents when we can't verify them or when they don't meet our criteria. Our decision to approve or reject a document is final and cannot be appealed, although you can re-apply with a new account. Therefore I advise you to restart the registration with a new email address.” Then I received the address verification card and entered the information I received which triggered this response from Amazon, "We were unable to verify the identity document you provided because the ID number in the document does not match the ID number entered in Seller Central. Within the next 30 days, take either of the following actions: -- Update your personal information in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com) to match the documents provided. -- Provide new documents matching the personal information entered in Seller Central. You will need to upload all the documents requested, even those we were able to verify." So do I apply again with another email or do I just upload the documents to the one I used to apply? Also, I have an LLC, EIN # and Sales Tax Certificate. Do I have to change the email address for all of these prior to applying again?
