Hi, Amazon removed one of my listing because of an inauthenticity complaint. I appealed 3 times but it was rejected and the last message from Amazon said my listing will remain deactivated and they may not reply to further messages. They also said that “You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to email@example.com.” My funds have been on hold for the past 2 weeks and they are still not available. My question is: Amazon has only removed the listing and my account is still active and i’m able to sell so why aren’t the current funds on hold available to withdraw? Thanks.
