[whohit]No defects for Amazon orders placed before 1.June 2020[/whohit]If there is one good thing Amazon has ever done to help it’s third party sellers, it’s their approach to the unexpected global pandemic situation, which left millions of businesses in a difficult situation.

Account suspensions due to failure to meet performance targets were paused in April, following our appeals to Amazon brought in previous articles regarding the subject.

After midnight of 31.May 2020, Amazon restarted the defect count, however orders placed prior to that date aren’t included or displayed within the ODR window.

Here is the company’s latest announcement regarding the matter:
