Starting February 2021, Amazon will be requiring sellers to insert carrier name and service when confirming their Fulfilled by Merchant shipments.

Dear seller,
We want to help you provide a great customer experience on Amazon. For items you ship directly to customers on our Merchant Fulfillment channel, providing a carrier name, delivery service/ship-method and a tracking ID wherever possible not only improves the customer experience but also helps protect your account health metrics. Providing a tracking ID helps reduce order defect rate and is taken in consideration in any relevant A-Z claims.
Moreover, providing the right carrier name and delivery service is essential for sharing the tracking information to customers and is more likely to reduce negative seller feedback from customers. What is the new requirement?
Currently, entering the delivery service is optional during ship confirm and entering the carrier name is optional when using bulk feeds or Integrators for ship confirm. Beginning February 2, 2021, we will require you to provide the carrier name and the delivery service during the Ship Confirm process of Seller-fulfilled orders. Without this information, you will not be able to ship confirm your order. Delay in ship confirming orders may lead to increase in LSR which may lead to account suspension (find more details here: https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/200285190).
Also, Amazon will automatically cancel orders if seven days have passed since the expected shipping availability date and you have not yet shipped and confirmed the shipment, (find more details here :https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/gp/help/G201722390).
