Consequently, sellers are tricked into believing the conversation relates to a historical order that can no longer affect their metrics, disregarding it only to be hit with an A-Z claim.

Look out for messages showing incorrect dates and years.

Here is an example Buyer-Seller Message exchange where the initial two messages sent on 13.May 2020 are showing the date of 8.July 2019 instead!
