Amazon Wants to Connect Private Label Sellers with Influencers to Drive Traffic to their Products

Currently, Amazon is launching a new feature in their US Seller Central (which will be later enrolled across all of their international marketplaces) called Creator Connections.

With Creator Connections, Amazon Sellers who are registered with the Amazon Brand Registry and own private label brands will be able to directly message and submit promotion campaigns with the company’s affiliated influencers through Amazon Associates.

You should be able to locate the newly launched tool in ”Advertising” and “Creator Connections” in the Amazon Seller Central.

After clicking on ”Creator Connections”, you should see the wording:

Drive awareness and sales for our products by connecting with leading content creators in Amazon Associates, one or the largest affiliate marketing programs in the world.

Below, you will find a dashboard containing the list of all your previous collaboration requests, along with their status and option to create a new request – sorted by the brand.

You will have the option to prepare and fill a contact form, which will be directly shared with the influencers:

You will be able to fill a campaign overview in the form of a short description of the product, campaign goals – such as raising sales, key talking points – including political topics, things to avoid and a promotion code.

If this advertising option, where you get to choose the number of creators you want to work with, messaging you wish to provide to the creator, set a campaign budget and select your creators by creator interests is something for you, then feel free to try it and see, if your sales grow.
