This week, Amazon announced launching a new program aimed at international Amazon Sellers, who are struggling to comply with their local return address requirement.
However, what they actually mean is including contacts for various expensive return provider services within the Amazon Seller Central.
Any Amazon Seller will still need to arrange everything on their own, by getting into touch with the recommended companies.
This comes only a few months following the launch of our NoReturnlessRefunds service, which effectively solves the problem of international returns, without Amazon Sellers having to pay for an expensive return service provider.
For an universal £199 yearly fee, sellers will receive a local return address in the UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, US, CA, AU and JP and won’t have to worry about any per-item / per-return handling fee.

Returns Provider programme for Fulfilled by Merchant returns Hello, To improve your seller-fulfilled returns experience, we invite you to enrol in the Returns Provider programme. The Returns Provider programme can connect you with independent service providers to handle your returns if you don’t have a return address in the UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Netherlands. This programme simplifies domestic returns, allows you to reduce cross-border transportation costs, improve recovery and decrease customer contacts while ensuring a seamless returns experience. The Returns Provider programme allows you to: • Choose service providers and request their services to handle the returns process on your behalf. • Automatically update your default return address to the selected service provider’s domestic warehouse address. • For UK store, buyers will receive an Amazon Prepaid Return Label (APRL) for all of your eligible returns with the domestic shipping address of the provider’s warehouse.
