In a recent e-mail and Seller Central announcement, Amazon informed their third party sellers doing business on Japanese marketplace, that starting 30.September 2022, return policies are getting stricter for international sellers.
Since all return requests are getting automatically authorized, you will have 5 days to offer one of the following:
Method1: Offer a full refund without requesting that the item be returned
Method2: Provide a local return address in the Buyer’s marketplace
Method3: Provide a prepaid mailing return label for the return request
If any of the required return methods is not offered within five days of a return request being authorized, Amazon will refund the customer on your behalf and charge the amount to your seller account.
Since getting a local return address in Japan can be very expensive, we are offering a cheap solution through our www.noreturnlessrefunds.com site, where we offer a return address in the UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan for a small yearly charge.
