Amazon is now displaying whether A-Z Claims impacted Order Defect Rate or not wording

Recently, Amazon started showing notes directly on A-Z claim overview page, clarifying whether the seller’s metrics were negatively affected or not. This applies to all A-Z claims, including historical ones from several years ago.

“Order Defect Rate (ODR) impacted: Yes” will be shown on Seller Funded A-Z claims. While “Order Defect Rate (ODR) impacted: No” will show next to Denied, Amazon Funded or Buyer Withdrawn A-Z claims.

It is still a beta feature, which is in the process of being rolled out across international Amazon seller accounts.
