As you know, starting several months ago, Amazon Europe began bombarding local sellers with countless Compliance and Document requests, which were sent to them in a form of scary e-mails titled “Action Required: Compliance requirements for your product listings” and displayed in the Account Health section under “Document requests”.
This enforcement is now coming to Amazon US as well and sellers are already getting notified and requested to submit documents or appeal.
Those who fail to comply by the deadline can find their listings blocked and removed from the platform.
Even if you submit your documents or information in time, you will most likely end up waiting for a response or acknowledgement from Amazon for weeks.
So, if you received one or maybe a few hundreds of these requests for Documents, definitely respond as soon as possible to ensure that your application gets processed in time.
