You can either contact the rights owner listed in the notice and make him send a retraction notice like this to notice-dispute@amazon.com:

Or if you believe that the complaint is false, you can appeal through the Account Health Dashboard with a proof of authenticity, such as invoices or receipts and any additional information. It must clearly prove that your products do not infringe on the intellectual property of the rights owner.

Once Amazon acknowledges removal of the complaint, they will e-mail you to let you know. Don’t relist the items prior to this.

Also, in case that you are unable to appeal the complaints at all, delete every ASIN mentioned in the notice from your inventory and wait for the defects to automatically disappear after 180 days.

But keep in mind that any unresolved complaints can trigger a suspension, anytime.
