Watch out for post-glitch Amazon with resurrected Blocked Listings

As the Amazon platform is still recovering following yesterday’s Amazon Web Services glitch nightmare, sellers are still reporting various errors occurring within their Seller Accounts.

The issues include for example problems with confirming shipments or updated pricing not being reflected on Amazon’s site.

However, there is a much more frightening problem of previously deleted Blocked Listings reappearing in seller’s inventory.

Listings normally get blocked for various different reasons, including Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints, Suspected Intellectual Property Rights Infringement Complaints or Customer Product Condition Complaints, such as Used Sold As New or Authenticity Complaints.

Sellers who are unable or unwilling to appeal are advised to remove affected listings from their inventory.

Listing them again can negatively affect their accounts, so you should definitely review your current inventory to see if there aren’t any resurrected blocked listings.
