Over the past year, Amazon has been introducing numerous new required attributes, which needed to be filled into product listings as mandatory fields. Initially, the absence of these attributes would not cause your listings to get suppressed. However, you would be unable to edit the listings in question without filling the new necessary fields, which triggered a pop-up warning labelled with an exclamation mark.
Now, listings which are missing new required attributes are getting suppressed. This means that they cannot be found by buyers when browsing search results.
Example newly required attributes include country of origin or maximum order quantity.
