I have some updates to share with you that will make it easier for you to stay compliant with the Market Surveillance Regulation on Amazon. Amazon has made some changes to the Responsible Person dashboard, and I’m here to fill you in on all the details.
First and foremost, the Responsible Person dashboard is now available to EU-based sellers and sellers who fulfill their own orders and offer CE-marked products.
Amazon has added a “Due date” column, allowing you to track the deadlines for your compliance actions. This feature will help you stay on top of your responsibilities and ensure timely completion of any pending actions.
To access the Responsible Person dashboard, simply follow the link provided: Responsible Person dashboard. Once there, you can check if you have any pending actions and provide the necessary EU-based Responsible Person information for your listings.
It’s important to note that any newly added ASINs will be displayed with a due date of September 30, 2024. This gives you ample time to gather and submit the required information.
Now, here’s some good news for those of you who have already submitted the necessary information for both your previous and newly added ASINs, and see their status as “Complete.” If you fall into this category, congratulations! No further action is required from you at this time.
