HI All, i recently got suspended from amazon due to my ODR being above 1% for negative feedback and late delivery, i have submitted several appeals but they have been rejected. and now Amazon have said they may not reply to us again ... Where do i find good templates for appeal? Kikas ones on the seller forums i cant find any more... any help? thanks Wensley
