[whohit]The world is preparing for a global coronavirus lockdown[/whohit]This time last month, in the second half of February few people would be able to imagine what will soon become out of the 21th century world as they knew it.
Developed countries or even entire continents are closing their borders to ban international travel, people are being prohibited from leaving their house or required to wear protective face masks, these are just some of the strict measures which are now dominating our everyday lives.
The situation varies depending on country, since there are governments which are underestimating the seriousness of global pandemic and focusing on decreasing the impact on economy rather than wellbeing of their citizens.
As someone who has visited the main epicentres of the pandemic and witnessed the real face of what is yet to unleash, I can only advise you to protect your and your loved ones health as much as you can. Forget about business and don’t complain about inability to manage your Amazon stores the regular way. We all need o do everything in our power to ensure that this situation is over as soon as possible, otherwise it could last for months or even years.
Here is my advice for you:
1. Wear a face mask, every day, whenever you leave your house or get into contact with other people, regardless if you are ill or if your country requires this as a mandatory measure.
2. Stay inside, at your home, hotel or apartment. Only ever leave if absolutely necessary. Try to buy grocery which will last longer instead of shopping daily.
3. Find a way how to work from home. If your job required you to travel, go outside and meet people, do something else. Start an e-commerce store, online blog or YouTube channel, learn to make money in a different way than how you were used to.
5. Don’t meet with people, don’t attend any parties, gatherings, events, celebrations. There will be a lot of time to do this once the pandemic is over.
Thank you everyone for not underestimating the situation and doing a good thing by following the advice.
Here I would like to present you the current events across the world if you missed them, just in case you are unaware.
In Italy, which is currently the epicenter of the pandemic and which is viewed as the most affected country, the hospitals are so overwhelmed by the constant flood of new patients they are unable to cope and even the dead people who succumbed the illness have to be transported to other cities in military vehicles as there is no room for them to be cremated:
In Slovakia, where the borders are closed to international visitors along with all airports and non-essential businesses apart from grocery stores, face masks are already mandatory. This week, the Slovak president Zuzana Caputova established a new parliament after elections:
In Soho, Manhattan – United States, luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton are already closing their gates and placing protective barricades across their storefronts to prevent hoarding:
Shoppers are queuing up in front of supermarkets in United Kingdom where panic buying is a real issue as shelves are left empty with essential item such as toilet paper missing:
In Mallorca, Spain, a British woman has been refused entry after landing at a local airport due to not having a proper reason to visit the country which is struggling with thousands of positive cases of the coronavirus infection per day:
