Order Posting Delayed across Amazon’s marketplaces

On 3.March 2021, Amazon experienced a technical issue which affected the display of newly received customer orders in the Manage Orders section of Seller Central.

Amazon advised sellers not to cancel any delayed orders received late but to ship them, promising that their Late Shipment Rate won’t be negatively impacted.

We are currently experiencing an issue that is delaying the posting of recently placed orders in Manage Your Orders. Engineers are actively looking into this issue. 

Please fulfill orders once you are able, rather than cancelling. For all orders impacted, we will reverse late shipment defects and we will take additional steps as needed to mitigate any impact to your account health. At this time, there are no actions you need to take. Once the full extent of the issue is known, we will pass along additional guidance for ensuring your account health is not affected.
