How to prove fulfillment of orders to Amazon

These days, Amazon is massively taking action against Seller Accounts, where they suspect that customer orders are not getting fulfilled. Enforcements are performed in the form of velocity reviews or even Code of Conduct suspensions.

Here are my tips for proving delivery / fulfillment of orders to Amazon:

(1)-Create an excel file & put all the tracking info of last 2 weeks orders e.g last 100 delivered orders

-Creat the sheet as

Order date – Order id – Carrier (DHL-Fedex etc) – Tracking id – Delivered Date

(2)-Pdf file of Shipping Labels generated from warehouse or any 3rd party

(3)-Proof of delivery any Pictures from courier side

(4)-Customer Service chat screenshots they got their samples or not

Gather data as much as you can and submit in PDF file also check your account health it should be perfect-if appeal get rejected then talk to your amazon assistant & know your main reason why its rejected.
