Following the recent enrollment of Amazon Sweden marketplace in Europe, many high volume sellers who opted to accept sales on the site already received their first negative Buyer Feedbacks.
However, when trying to have them reviewed for removal using the Feedback Manager’s “Request Removal” feature, they discovered that there is no such option – making it impossible.
Opening a case with the Seller Support will only get you a generic response stating that feedback removal can be only requested through the Feedback Manager and using a different way – such as requesting a callback or e-mailing is viewed as a policy violation.
I and multiple other Amazon sellers can confirm that there is currently no way how to request feedback removal on the Amazon Sweden site:
