Business customers can block offers without Amazon generated VAT invoice

Lately, getting orders from Business Customers has been a nightmare for regular third party Amazon sellers across European marketplaces.

The Business Invoicing Policy requires them to upload an invoice to each Business order within no more than 24 hours.

Failure to do so will lead to a defect on their metrics.

In addition to this, Business Customers can now block sellers who are unable to provide them a VAT invoice, which should be generated by Amazon’s VAT Invoicing service for those who opted in:

We don’t want to use Amazon Automating Invoice. In the other hand, we still have some B2B clients every month… How to deal with that?
