[whohit]Bose files a lawsuit against third party Amazon sellers[/whohit]GBS submitted a lawsuit on behalf of the technology company Bose, that manufactures products such as headphones, alleging the sale of counterfeit merchandise through the Amazon platform.
Third party sellers were notified in a form of temporary restraining orders, preventing the release of their funds through Amazon Seller Accounts.
