Are these the new Feedback removal guidelines for sellers on Amazon?

Having unjustified Seller Feedback removed on Amazon has always been a nightmare for the majority of sellers.

While the official published criteria only mention a few applicable cases, communication sent by Amazon Seller Support representatives suggests that there may be some additional “secret” exemptions for removal.

  • Buyer has agreed through the buyer/seller messaging that they want the feedback removed.
  • The feedback includes information that identifies other Amazon.com Customers, and Providers.
  • Pertains to a service that is not included in the scope of the purchased services.
