If you are one of the recipients of Amazon’s latest “Selling on Amazon: Account Deactivation Experience Survey“ e-mail, then you must have been shocked after seeing the subject and then relieved when reading the actual content of the message.
Amazon is asking all recently suspended and reinstated sellers for their feedback with the appeals process.
While it is extremely unlikely that anyone will pick a different choice than “Extremely dissatisfied”, at least you have an option to insert your comments and criticize Amazon for their nightmarish appeal process.
