Starting 15.April 2021, Amazon will no longer be accepting shipments containing meltable inventory into their FBA warehouses. “Meltable” refers to all heat-sensitive products, including but not limited to chocolate, gummies, and select jelly- and wax-based products. such as chocolate.

If you cannot move your products before the deadline, submit a removal order. All products in fulfillment centers must be able to withstand summer temperatures ranging from 24 to 68 degrees of Celsius (75 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit).

Important: Meltable inventory restrictions start April 15, 2021

Hello,
We are writing to let you know that meltable inventory will not be fulfilled or accepted by Amazon fulfillment centers starting April 15, 2021. Meltable inventory will be accepted again starting October 16, 2021.

“Meltable” refers to all heat-sensitive products, including but not limited to chocolate, gummies, and select jelly- and wax-based products. For more information, visit Meltable FBA inventory.

If you cannot move your products before April 15, submit a removal order. To protect product integrity during storage and shipping, products in fulfillment centers must be able to withstand summer temperatures ranging from 75 to 155 degrees Fahrenheit. 

Removal orders for meltable inventory must be submitted before April 15. If a removal order is not submitted before that date, your meltable inventory will be disposed of for a fee. For more information, visit Remove inventory from a fulfillment center.
